Goldsmith and the Oath

As a former member of a government which is intent on destroying Britishness, Lord Goldsmith was instrumental in sending British Troops to fight an illegal war.

When Brown was signing away Britain’s independence, against the will of the British people, and in defiance of the key election pledge that got New  Liars Labour re-elected into office, the promise of a referendum why did not Goldsmith decry this anti-British, ant-democratic action as being unlawful?

Which, brings us to his proposed oath of allegiance to the Queen.

The question should be asked: Why it is he allowed the government to employ COBRA, an armed body that does not swear allegiance to the Queen but to the government, which I understand is also unlawful?
